Each project is customized to the want and needs of the Home owner or Property Manager. Prices are determined by the scope of the project, materials needed, wear and tear on equipment.
The company will seek to provide its painting services in the most timely manner and with an ongoing comprehensive quality-control program to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
The company director will treat each contract as a business relationship with the customer, and any party that SUBURBAN will need to employ to get the work done. In addition to accomplishing the work we would like to create mutual and beneficial long-term relationships with customers and third parties i.e. external contractors.
